Ravindra, hailing from modest origins in India, was born to a teacher. Despite the family’s limited financial resources, his father was resolute in ensuring Ravindra’s pursuit of higher education. Consequently, at the age of 20, he successfully completed his commerce degree.
His initial employment was as a salesperson for electronic devices. However, he had always held an interest in the field of business. Despite lacking a business background, prompted by a friend in banking, Ravindra relocated to Nagpur and co-established a nascent import/export IT and Telecom venture in 1999, precisely when smartphones were beginning to gain traction in India.
Driven by the growing demand for IT and armed with a clear vision of the future, Ravindra introduced Aditi in 2004 and gradually built a global network of partners, which presently enables the company to serve clients locally across the world.
